2. Website Usage License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Yelcast’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. 3. Commissions & Purchase Terms

By commissioning a work or purchasing available art from any art collection or other series, you agree to the following:

• Reservation & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a commission slot or reserve an available piece. Full payment is due prior to the shipment of the artwork.
• Shipping & Handling: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector unless otherwise stated. All artworks are packed with archival-grade materials to ensure safety during transit.
• Returns: Due to the unique nature of original art, all sales are final. Please review high-resolution images carefully before finalizing a purchase.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Batangas, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website.
